Can I share my course access with friends or family?
While it can be enjoyable and beneficial to share recipes and activities with friends or family, sharing your login credentials and course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account. Please keep your login details private. Thank you for your understanding.
I'm enrolled, but why can't I access all course units?
Access to each unit is unlocked progressively. You must complete the quiz for the previous unit before gaining access to the next one. For example, successfully completing the quiz for Unit 1 will unlock Unit 2, and so on throughout the course.
I've already purchased the course! Where do I log in?
Click on the 'LOG IN' button located in the upper right corner of the screen. Use your student username and password to sign in. Once logged in, click on 'MY ACCOUNT' (which replaces the login button) to access your student panel.
I forgot my password!

Select the course you are interested in and navigate to its dedicated course page.
Scroll down slightly and select your preferred option from the drop-down menu.
Click on “Sign Up Now.”
You’ll be redirected to the registration page where you can input your contact information. Fill in your details.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, read and check off the “Terms and Conditions.”
Click on “Place Order.”
How can I update my credit card for course payments?
Log in to your Student Dashboard and go to the Billing Page, or visit: My Account.
Find the "My Payment Methods" section and select "Add New Payment Method."
Enter the necessary information and click "Save Payment Method."
Can I receive a refund? What is the refund policy for online courses?

For students enrolled in the course 'Preventive Nutrition as a Lifestyle', a refund of 80% of the course registration fee is available within the first 7 days from the date of registration. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period, including for students on payment plans.
No refunds or payment plan cancellations are permitted for students who have completed 50% or more of any course within the first 7 days of enrollment.
For courses with official launch dates, students can cancel up to 7 days post-launch and receive an 80% refund of the registration price (subject to the terms outlined above). No refunds are provided after the 7-day post-launch period.
Payment plans will remain active unless cancellation occurs within the first 7 days. Refunds for installment payments are based on the total course cost, not the first installment paid. Marcus Academy retains 20% of the course cost when issuing refunds. In cases where initial payments under a payment plan are less than 20% of the total, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
Students enrolled under a payment plan are obligated to complete their payments. Automatic monthly withdrawals will continue unless enrollment is canceled within the first 7 days. Should a payment be declined or fail, manual confirmation of the payment through the student account will be necessary. Marcus Academy will make multiple attempts to collect missed payments.
Accounts with unresolved payments after 3 months may result in canceled enrollment and loss of course access, including all progress and quiz records. Re-enrollment without credit for past payments will be required to continue the course.
